Your Facility
CINCH will provide a certified trainer to your facility; the charge will be based on the trainers travel to and from the location, rental car, hotel accommodations, a standard expense fee, and training equipment shipping cost. There is no charge per seat for the actual training. Please call for more information.

PROTECTOR IDS COURSE
Course: Protector System
Intended Audience: Installation Technicians, Service Technicians, Project Engineers.
Purpose: Provide a complete overview of the Protector System and all of the available peripherals; learn installation best practices and how to program a complete IDS and I24 system.
Course Objectives: After completing this course, attendees will be able to:
Recognize system components.
Learn proper installation procedures.
Understand system programming.
Test an installed system.
Understand troubleshooting procedures.
Train end users on system operation.
Course Time and Delivery: This hands on course consist of 8 hours classroom time working with live equipment Course is a mix of PowerPoint presentation and hands on exercises.
Training Materials/Equipment and Room Requirements:
One complete Protector System available for every 4 trainees.
Classroom style setup making sure power is available for each system (3 outlets required per system).
Projector required for PowerPoint presentation.
CINCH will provide an electronic copy of all classroom material and system documentation to all attendees.
Schedule:
1 Day (8 hours) Start time – 8:00am.
One hour lunch break.
Breaks as needed.
Stop time 5:00pm.
